Thank you for visiting the web site for Olliewood Farms LLC. We are a small  boarding and natural horse training facility located in southeast lower Michigan. Our specialization is in the gaited breeds, but accept all breeds of  horses and humans to work with in our program.  Our Emphasis  is on  "Educating People for the Betterment of the Horse" This site was designed to educate and help frustrated horse owners find answers to questions. We may not know all of the answers , if we cant help, at least we will point you in the right direction.

Olliewood Farms offers a very unique program that lets you the owner, train with your horse for a day, weekend, week or a Month(s). This type of program has been a huge success with the clients especially ones that have horses they have sent out to professionals only to have them brought  home and within a month or so the horse reverted right back to doing the same old stuff. this just says "ITS NOT ABOUT THE HORSE." Thats why we really encourage owner participation and don't charge extra for it!.  We feel a well informed well educated owner only can mean one thing....A Very Happy, Confident, Horse!

We would like to see owners stay here with there horses,  in doing this, it really makes the program go smoothly and much faster. we understand that this is not always  possible. Thats why we are flexable with our program options for you and your equine partner.

In brief, you should know the following about us: our farm was established over 21 years ago, but our horse experience is lifelong. We  have been responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and there horses.  Our specialty is road and trail safe horses, problematic horses and horses that have lost there gait. Our  clients particularly value the time spent here with there horses, and lessons that they have learned, the confidence they have gained.
