Olliewood Farms has a well rounded program that is taylor made to suit your needs, human or horse. Education is our cornerstone where we don't just teach you riding skills, we teach you horsemanship skills that will last you a lifetime.  Owner participation is always highly encouraged and even let you stay here with your horse. It is truly an awe inspiring experience~~

Our Farm provides our clients a laid back, safe environment in which they can come with there horses for a day, weekend, week or month(s) to focus on whatever problem they may be having with there equine partner. We have found that when the client works with and through each issue with there own horse, there seems to be quicker turn around time as far as response from the horse. Also working with your own horse builds confidence, self-esteem, communication skills between you and your equine partner not to mention what  wonderful therapy horses can be for there human companions!

We highly recommend  and encourage this method to anyone who is having trouble with there horse or who has sent there horses to a trainer in the past, only to have it come home and weeks later to become that same ole horse. Knowing that not everyone can make this kind of commitment, we do take in a very small number of horses and will work without there owners, depending on the circumstances.

We specialize in road and trail safe horses, starting young horses (no horses under 3 please) horses that have lost there gait and problematic horses. Our methods have changed the lives of many, many horses and humans alike. References are available upon request.
